Actiance Vantage

The Verba Recording System is able to send recorded conversations into Actiance Vantage.

Please follow the guidelines below to configure Actiance Vantage integration.

Step 1 - Login to the Verba web application with administrator rights 

Step 2 - Navigate to the Policies / Storage Targets

Step 3 - Click on the Add New Storage Target link (top right corner)

Step 4 - Name the new target (e.g. Vantage)

Step 5 - Set the type to "Actiance Vantage"

Step 6 - The Path field should contain the HTTPS API call used to communicate with Vantage

example: https://<vantage_server>:<api_port>/rest/ucMediaService/uploadParticipantMedia

When this Storage Target is created, you can use it in Data Retention Policies.
