The scope of log events is now extended with the actions performed by the Data Retention Policies besides the log events available in previous Verba versions.

Data Retention Policy actions:

  • Upload

  • Archive in DB and Move Media

  • Archive in DB

  • Move Media

  • Delete

  • Export

  • Transcode

  • Create Phonetic Index

  • Delete Phonetic Index

  • Voice Quality Check

  • File Verification

  • Increase Retention Period

  • Encrypt and Sign

  • Delete Communication Policy Events

Other actions:

  • User log in

  • User log out

  • User lists ongoing conversation

  • User plays back a call

  • User downloads a media file

  • User inserts/modifies/deletes configuration data

  • User initiates database purging action

  • User changes her/his password

  • User lock/unlock

  • Configuration changes

  • and a lot more

The following picture shows a sample audit log:

The administrator and/or the system administrators can access the Conversation Audit Logs upon initiating a Search on a conversation.

 

 

Click on the “View Conversation Audit Logs“ item on the top right corner of the Conversation Details window to access the Conversation Audit Log.

The log can be exported into Excel, RTF and PDF formats for further use.
