Multi-tenant recording announcements

Multi-tenant administrators can configure recording announcement sound files specific to an environment.

The announcement sound files specified in the environment configuration can then be set for a user in the user configuration. If no announcements are specified in the environment configuration, the system defaults are available to be configured for the user.

Configuring multi-tenant recording announcements

1. Log in as a System Administrator or a Multi-tenant Administrator.

2. Under System, select Environments.

3. Do one of the following:

   1. Create a new environment.

   2. Select an existing environment from the list.

4. Select the Recording Announcement tab.

5. Specify one or more audio prompt file name for each of the required switch platform call scenario.

6. Select the Environment Data tab and click Save.
