Speech transcription

Speech transcription

Overview

Speech transcription automatically creates a searchable, exportable full-text transcript of the audio portion of the recorded conversations. This allows users to identify, investigate and correct compliance and policy breaches. The system supports integration with multiple transcription engines and providers. Refer to the corresponding guides to understand the capabilities, language support, limitations, and license requirements for each. The default transcription engine is Intelligent Voice.
