The report summarizes the number of actual and metered messages sent by all users of a tenant for each date.
Filter options
Filter name | Description |
|---|---|
User | Only the instant message counts of the selected user(s) are displayed. |
Location | Only the instant message counts of the selected user location(s) are displayed. |
Tenant | Only the instant message counts of the selected tenant(s) are displayed. This filter is only available for users in the reference tenant. These users can query the instant message API usage of any of the tenants, or query the usage of all tenants if the filter is left empty. Users running the report in tenants other than the reference tenant have the filter automatically set as their tenant. |
