Verba publishes one new major release roughly every ~18 months. New minor versions including new features and fixes are release released approximately every ~4-6 months. Service releases are published every ~1-2 months containing fixes.

Our version numbers consist of three parts: <major version>.<minor version>.<service release number>.<build number> (e.g. 9.1.1.1575). The build number can become fairly large , since we are automatically building new versions of the entire software platform multiple times every week, so our testing and integration teams can work with the latest updates.

Verba supports each major release for a minimum 36 months, during this period customers with valid maintenance agreement agreements are eligible for minor updates and bug fixes for the specified version.
